Andrej Štular z razstavo potrjuje prvovrstno kondicijo, s katero preskuša meje različnih likovnih panog, začinjenih z neumornim recikliranjem ter prekaljeno ready-made taktiko. Štular išče, kar mora biti najdeno; ponovno odkrita lepota vsakdanje tvarine in podob se pod umetnikovimi prsti spreminja v pomenljive in lirične stvaritve, ki z ironijo in humorjem posegajo v kulturno-družbeni historiat. Razstava v Kopru prinaša raznorodno bero del, nastalih v zadnjih letih: izbrane risbe, kolaže ter objekte, predvsem pa kratke stripe, tudi izbor originalov iz starejših stripovskih albumov. Razstava bo na ogled do 22. 11.

Špikerji in tehniki Radia Študent se bodo že tretje leto zapored preizkusili v branju stripa v živo. Na velikem platnu boste lahko spremljali posamezne odseke stripa, ki ga bodo v živi govor obudili njihovi glasovi, glasbene podlage in zvočni efekti. Tokrat bodo uprizorili strip iz kultne serije Alan Ford, ki letos praznuje okroglih 50 let. Petdeseta epizoda razkriva, kako se je slavna detektivska ekipa TNT združila in kaj so posamezni člani počeli, preden so se spoznali. Pridite in se ponovno spomnite ali pa na novo odkrijte, kako se je njihova zgodba sploh začela. Stripi še nikoli niso izpadli bolj filmsko!

MARATONCI TEČEJO ČASTNI KROG

Maratonci tečejo častni krog (Maratonci trče počasni krug), režija: Slobodan Šijan, Jugoslavija, 1982, 92′

Čas med obema svetovnima vojnama. V družini Topolović pride do spora, ker se najmlajši potomec noče ukvarjati s pogrebništvom, kot je bilo do tedaj v družinski tradiciji. Njegovo dekle ga podpira pri odločitvi, da si poišče lepši poklic, vendar se odnosi med obema družinama zaostrijo. Po »Kdo neki tam poje« še ena vrhunska črna komedija Slobodana Šijana, ki ni le izjemen oboževalec Alana Forda, ampak je tudi pripoved in atmosfera njegovih filmov zelo podobna prigodam večno obubožane vohunske grupe.

Da se stripi Dava Pilkeyja o Pasjem možu in kapitanu Gatniku tako dobro berejo, se imamo zahvaliti tudi njihovemu prevajalcu Boštjanu Gorencu – Pižami. Mali Nemo je glavni junak serije tedenskih stripov Winsorja McCaya iz časopisa New York Herald. Prvi McCayev poskus animacije, ki je pozneje postal ena od prvih animiranih klasik, prikazuje avtorja, ki načrte o animaciji svojega stripa razkriva “umetniškim prijateljem”, ti pa se zamisli posmehujejo. Kratki film nas vodi skozi proces ustvarjanja in snemanja animiranega dela od zasnove do končnega izdelka.

V totalitarni Britaniji prihodnosti se mlado dekle Evey (Natalie Portman) znajde v smrtni nevarnosti, iz katere jo reši zamaskirani neznanec V (Hugo Weaving), karizmatičen in spreten mojster dvoboja in prevare, ki podžiga sodržavljane k uporu zoper tiranijo. Medtem ko Evey razkriva V-jevo skrivnostno preteklost, spoznava resnico tudi o sebi in postane njegova zaveznica v revoluciji, s katero naj bi družbi nasilja in korupcije povrnila svobodo in pravičnost. Niti-ne-tako-futuristični politični triler, posnet po scenariju in v produkciji ustvarjalcev trilogije Matrica, bratov Wachowski. Film bo uvedel so-avtor originalne stripovske predloge David Lloyd.

Antikvar Rok Glavan in ljubitelj stripov Samo Pureber nam bosta razložila, zakaj je (bil) Alan Ford bolj popularen v Jugoslaviji (in s tem tudi Sloveniji), kot v lastni domovini Italiji, kdaj sta se domislila nore ideje, da bosta strip spravila v Narodno galerijo, kje sta staknila neverjetnih 162 izvirnih tabel stripa, kaj vse je šlo narobe pri organizaciji te prelomne razstave, kdo je pisal prispevke za izvrstni katalog razstave in kako smo dobili slovenski prevod knjige Cvetličarna v Hiši cvetja Lazarja Džamića … skratka vse o Alanu Fordu na enem mestu! Odgovorne bo s posledicami njihovih dejanj soočal Zoran Smiljanić.

Razstava spremlja Stripburgerjevo izdajo novega stripovskega albuma, s katerim se je Martin Ramoveš tokrat poklonil pesniku in satiriku Ivanu Robu (1908–1943). Gre za biografsko zgodbo o življenju in delu dandanes nekoliko pozabljenega avtorja, katerega večplastno osebnost nam Ramoveš predstavlja s ključnimi dogodki njegovega prekratkega življenja. Ob stripu bo na spletu objavljen tudi najnovejši studijski projekt Martin Ramoveš Banda – glasba s pesmimi Ivana Roba – in tako bo odprtje razstave pospremljeno še s koncertnim nastopom v Vetrinjskem dvoru.

Risografija, poimenovana po japonski družbi Riso, ki je postopek razvila, se je v zadnjih letih uveljavila kot priljubljena tehnika tiskanja za specializirane založnike, oblikovalce, umetnike in ilustratorje. Risograf omogoča tiskanje v velikih količinah. Zaradi postopka tiskanja, podobnega sitotisku, omogoča svojevrstno prekrivanje barv in unikaten videz tiskovin, za nanašanje barve na papir pa ne potrebujemo kemikalij in toplote. Delavnica bo posvečena izdelavi stripa v tej tehniki: dvodnevna delavnica se pričenja 26. oktobra v prostorih SCCA na Metelkovi, dan kasneje pa se nadaljuje v Tobačni, v prostorih studia Riso Paradiso. Prvi dan si bodo udeleženci delavnice ogledali razstavo Olivierja Schrauwna in se seznanili z riso tehniko. Sledilo bo risanje stripa, nato pa priprava za tisk in samo tiskanje. Delavnica je primerna za udeležence, ki premorejo nekaj stripovskega oziroma risarskega znanja. Prijave obvezne. Razpoložljivih mest: 8.
