Moa Romanova (1992) je strmo vzhajajoča zvezda švedske stripovske scene, njeno delo pa odmeva tudi po svetu. Za svoj prvenec Alltid fucka up (Goblin Girl), ki bo pod naslovom Leto spodrsov pri Stripolisu izšel tudi v slovenščini, je lani prejela odmevno Eisnerjevo nagrado za najboljšo ameriško izdajo mednarodnega stripa. V njem skozi ekspresivno, a stilizirano risbo pripoveduje avtobiografsko zgodbo o soočanju dvajset-nekaj-letnice s sabo in svetom, dnevih brezciljnega poležavanja, zabav in eksperimentiranja z drogami ter kako ji je bizaren Tinder zaplet s starejšim TV zvezdnikom na zelo nepričakovan način pomagal iz črne luknje tesnobe in depresije.

Na razstavi v baru Zorica bo predstavljen izbor avtoričinih digitalnih umetnin. Svoj ustvarjalni proces bo avtorica predstavila na sobotnem masterclassu in pogovoru v Kinu Šiška, kjer bo na sejmu svoje stripe tudi podpisovala.

Na razstavi v baru Zorica bo predstavljen izbor digitalnih umetnin Moe Romanove, vzhajajoče zvezde švedskega stripa. Na ogled bodo strani iz njenega v slovenščino pravkar prevedenega prvenca Leto spodrsov, ki sicer govori o nepričakovanih terapevtskih učinkih Tinder zapleta glavne junakinje, mlade umetnice, s starejšim švedskim TV zvezdnikom. V stripu Romanova skozi skrivenčeno, stilizirano risbo sladolednih barv brezkompromisno beleži intimna občutja, pripetljaje in preizpraševanja svoje generacije ter izzive sedanjega časa. Iskren, svež, scenaristično in risarsko prepričljiv odmerek stripovske umetnosti ene najbolj prodornih predstavnic nove generacije!
