Peach on My Head is an exhibition presenting the eponymous comic by the young visual artist and illustrator Nuka Horvat. A personal and sincere confession, wrapped in a veil of symbolism, dealing with childhood traumas of abuse and questioning gender and other rigid systems assigned to the author at birth.

In order to achieve the desired sense of unease and rising tension, the comic uses repetition of words and phrases that are increasingly sinister and depraved. Visually, he uses realism, which doesn’t maintain its distinctness, but blends and changes comprehensible images into incomprehensible ones and creates a controlled chaos.
