comic workshop for educators

The Stripburger magazine workshop is intended for teachers who wish to explore and utilize the comic medium in the classroom. David Krančan and Žiga Sever will present the fundamentals of comic storytelling, various comic types and formats, as well as basic comic terminology. They will also explain how to plan a comic workshop for different age groups. Participants will then try their hand at creating their own short comic, and the event will conclude with a visit to the Saturday comics fair at Kino Šiška.

The workshop is free of charge. Places are limited. Registration is mandatory by 25 September.
