The remarkable versatility of artistic styles, ranging from stylized caricature to hyperrealistic watercolors, defines the work of the French duo Marie Pommepuy and Sébastien Cosset, who create under the moniker Kerascoët. At Equrna Gallery, they will present a selection of original works, predominantly watercolors from their acclaimed graphic novel Beautiful Darkness (Jolies Ténèbres), alongside drawings from books produced in collaboration with Hubert and Joann Sfar. At the opening of the exhibition, the artists will join Izar Lunaček for an artist talk, while Slovenian comic creators will prepare a collective homage entitled Kerascoët and the Lilliputians of Ljubljana.
